Duties may include:

• Developing and managing course syllabi in accordance with department and college standards
• Collaborating with colleagues on curriculum development
• Delivering student-centered instruction to undergraduates
• Supporting diverse students through prepared materials, effective teaching, and critical feedback
• Adapting curriculum with current technologies (LMS, online learning)
• Implementing academic and attendance policies
• Staying informed of innovations in the subject area
• Working effectively in a diverse community and meeting varied student needs

Requirements:

• Appropriate college-level degree as determined by the Dean, suitable for the course complexity

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's or PhD
• Professional experience
• Subject area license, if applicable
• Prior teaching experience, especially at the collegiate level
