Adjunct Professor - Theatre

LIU Post is located on a 307-acre campus on the north shore of Long Island, just 50 minutes from New York City. The Department of Theatre, Dance, and Arts Management offers programs including BFA in Acting, Musical Theatre, Production and Design, Dance, Arts Management, and a BA in Theatre. Our curriculum emphasizes the relationship between theory and practice, grounded in a physical approach based on the Suzuki method.

Education Requirements: Ph.D. or MFA plus exceptional professional experience. Candidates should have notable professional and academic achievements and at least five years of teaching experience at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Working Conditions: Office and studio setting on campus.

Materials & Equipment: Computer skills and classroom management.

Salary: $1,000 - $1,350 per credit.
