Adjunct Instructor in Biomedical

The Biomedical Sciences section of the Department of Diagnostic Health Professions at Long Island University-Post is inviting applications for an adjunct position to teach 1 credit undergraduate microbiology lab course for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026. This course is intended to introduce students to basic microbiology lab practices such as aseptic technique, viable count, antibiotic susceptibility etc. Required qualifications are a MS degree and 1+ year of microbiology related work experience.

Candidates with prior teaching experience preferred. Please submit a resume/CV and a cover letter stating your daytime/evening availability and highlighting your background in biomedical sciences by 8/1/25. Please note, LIU does not sponsor visas for adjunct positions.
