Responsibilities include:

• Attending all professional development trainings, data team meetings, and curriculum meetings;
• Collaborating with peers and school leaders to improve instructional strategies, school climate, and leadership skills;
• Participating in professional trainings to enhance knowledge as well as educational and leadership capabilities.

• Experience in analyzing data to drive instruction
• Commitment to student engagement and student success
• Bachelor’s degree, Graduate degree preferred;
• NYS certification preferred, commitment to achieve certification required

Capital Preparatory Schools offers competitive salaries for first-year Illuminators (teachers), ranging from $62,784 for non-certified bachelor's degree holders to $79,200 for those with a master's degree and certification. Salary is commensurate with years of lead teaching experience, education level and certification status. Capital Preparatory Schools offers a comprehensive benefits package.
