Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities include:
- Attending all professional development trainings, data team meetings, and curriculum meetings;
- Collaborating with peers and school leaders to improve instructional strategies, school climate, and leadership skills;
- Participating in professional trainings to enhance knowledge as well as educational and leadership capabilities.

- Three years of teaching experience (preferred)
- Experience in analyzing data to drive instruction
- Commitment to student engagement and student success
- Bachelor’s degree, Graduate degree preferred;
- NYS certification preferred, commitment to achieve certification required
Capital Preparatory Schools offers competitive salaries for first-year Illuminators (teachers), ranging from $62,784 for non-certified bachelor's degree holders to $79,200 for those with a master's degree and certification. Salary is commensurate with years of lead teaching experience, education level and certification status. Capital Preparatory Schools offers a comprehensive benefits package.
