We are seeking an experienced Hospice/Palliative Medicine Physician Assistant for a 10-day locum tenens assignment in New York. This opportunity starts Jan 23, 2026, and features day shifts from 3pm to 10pm in an inpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have palliative care experience and be comfortable with stabilization and medication management for patient transfers.

• Provide inpatient palliative care services
• Perform stabilization and medication management for patient transfers
• Collaborate with hospital medicine teams as needed
• Apply clinical expertise in palliative care to address the complex needs of patients
• Document patient care in accordance with facility requirements

• Palliative care experience required
• Attending experience preferred
• Fellowship training preferred
• Hospice experience does not count toward palliative care experience
• Must be licensed to practice in New York (additional licensure in CT, MA, NJ, or PA is a plus)
