What You'll Do:
Deliver high-quality primary care services across the lifespan, from newborns to geriatric patients. Provide comprehensive care, including preventive care (annual physicals, immunizations), management of acute and chronic conditions, and treatment of injuries. Build strong relationships with patients of all ages, fostering trust and clear communication. Collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and efficient practice environment.

Qualifications:

Board-certified/board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. NYS medical license and a DEA registration. Minimum two years of experience providing primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting. Strong clinical skills, a patient-centered approach, and excellent communication abilities. A commitment to lifelong learning and staying current with medical advancements. Ability and willingness to treat patients across the lifespan (from newborns to geriatrics).
