The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Joe R. and Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine at UT Health San Antonio is seeking a Maternal‑Fetal Medicine (MFM) or MFM/Genetics Physician. This faculty position will join a highly productive, growing, and diverse team of generalists and sub‑specialists.
Responsibilities include care of inpatient and outpatient obstetric patients; education of medical students, residents, and fellows; and participation in the Division's research mission. The successful candidate must be Board‑eligible or Board‑certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and in Maternal‑Fetal Medicine or Maternal‑Fetal Medicine/Genetics, with the ability to meet qualifications for a Texas Medical License, and a dedication to academic medicine with a commitment to clinical service, education and/or research.
Qualifications:- Medical license (MD or DO) in the State of Texas
- Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology (ABOG)
- BLS Certification
- Experience in labor and delivery, obstetrics, and gynecology
