* Schedule:

* 4 days per week & 2 Saturdays per month

* Your Day-to-Day:
* • Deliver compassionate, relationship-based care for patients of all ages.

• Diagnose, treat, and manage chronic & acute conditions.

• Educate patients and families on prevention & wellness.

• Collaborate within an experienced, multidisciplinary team.

* What We're Looking For:

* • NYS Physician License & Board Certified (BC) in Family Medicine

• Current DEA Registration

• BLS, ACLS, PALS certification (a plus)

• Proficiency in EMR systems (Athena One preferred)

• Strong clinical, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
