Full-Time Nocturnist Hospitalist Physician Opportunity near Warnerville, NY (j-231565) Seeking a Passionate Physician to Deliver Exceptional Care at Night Are you a dedicated and results-oriented physician seeking a unique opportunity to provide high-quality care to hospitalized patients during the night shift? We are excited to invite qualified candidates to join our established hospital medicine program located near Warnerville, NY. What You'll Do:
Manage the care of adult inpatients across various medical conditions, focusing on diagnosis, treatment, and coordination of care during evening and overnight hours. Collaborate effectively with a team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Perform comprehensive patient evaluations at night, order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing patient care.

Communicate effectively with patients and their families, addressing questions and concerns with empathy and clarity, even during potentially more challenging nighttime situations. Document medical histories, progress notes, and other clinical information accurately and thoroughly. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a patient-centered care environment specifically tailored to the night shift. Why You'll Love This Nocturnist Role:

Enjoy a consistent work schedule with 7 twelve-hour night shifts (7 pm to 7 am) followed by 7 days off (7 on/7 off). Focus on Nocturnal Care:
This unique opportunity allows you to specialize in providing high-quality care during the specific demands of the night shift. Manageable Patient Load:

Qualifications:

Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Eligible for New York State licensure and a DEA registration.
