In-house call during the day, night call at night with a 30-minute response time. Call Ratio: 2 weeks per month Group Composition: 1 Neonatologist, 10 Pediatricians, 4 Mid-levels Support Staff: NNPs available for support NICU Beds: 15 NICU Level: Level III Annual Deliveries: 2,815 Required to Cover:
