OverviewBassett Healthcare Network, a progressive, academic health system in central New York and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician in Hamilton, NY.
Job Description & Responsibilities- Hamilton
- Madison Health Center is an NYS Patient-Centered Medical Home recognized through the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home standards emphasize the use of systematic, patient-centered, coordinated care that supports access, communication and patient involvement. - Join an established group of 2 full-time MDs, 1 primary care physician, 1 child psychologist, 2 FNPs, and 1 PA.
- Traditional outpatient practice, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
- No OB.
- A first call system is in place with a nurse practitioner/physician assistant on call for your patients.
- EMR – EPIC.
- Loan Repayment may be available through Federal and State Loan Repayment Programs.
- Sign-on Bonus up to $200,000.
- Group Employed Model.
- MD, DO or MBBS.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified.
- NYS Licensure.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS Certification Required.
- DEA Required.
- Medical, dental and vision insurance.
