Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a dedicated and skilled Endocrinologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln
. The Hospital is part of NYC Health + Hospitals
. Lincoln is a designated Level I Trauma and Stroke Center and has Centers of Excellence in all medical specialties including its award-winning Cancer and Breast Centers. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a well-established endocrine practice.
• Provide expert diagnosis and management of complex hormonal and metabolic disorders.
• Participate in clinical teaching of endocrinology fellows, residents and medical students.
• Engage in quality improvement and academic initiatives.

• Evaluate and manage patients with a full spectrum of endocrine conditions.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic endocrine tests.
• Provide patient education, lifestyle counseling, and treatment plans.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust therapies as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation.
• Contribute to ongoing clinical research or scholarly work (optional).
• Stay current with developments in endocrinology and internal medicine.

• Fellowship trained in Endocrinology and board eligible or board certified.
• A thorough understanding of the endocrine system and its diseases, disorders, and conditions.
• Strong analytical abilities to provide accurate diagnoses.
• Excellent decision-making, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and research skills.
• Ability to speak multiple languages a plus.

Annual Base Salary: $209,125
* based on 40‑hour work week. Additional compensation is available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $ **, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:

• Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.
• Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
  • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
