Family Medicine Physician – Corona, NY

Family Medicine Physician – Provide medical care to treat, prevent, and diagnose illness, disease, or injury. Duties include examining patients, conducting tests, analyzing records and results, diagnosing conditions, and prescribing treatment, therapy, medication, and vaccination. The physician will explain procedures to patients, discuss test results, and advise on diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention. Collaboration with non‑physician providers (NP, PA, CNM, etc.)

and performing other job‑related duties as required by departmental needs are also expected.

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school and completion of an accredited residency program
• Board Certified
• Valid NY State license, CDS, DEA, and BLS certifications
• Understanding of and passion for Community Healthcare is preferred
