We are seeking an entrepreneurial Associate Medical Director to help lead and grow a Manhattan-based primary care practice. This role begins with oversight of one office and a clinical team, with the opportunity to advance into a Medical Director position overseeing multiple clinics.

This is a unique opportunity to be more than a clinician—you will play a central role in shaping the culture, operations, and growth of a private practice alongside a dedicated executive team.

• Provide compassionate, high-quality primary care to patients.
• Lead and mentor a team of four – NP/PAs and MAs, setting the tone for clinical excellence and patient experience.
• Partner with the Medical Director and other C-suite staff to design and implement growth initiatives.
• Establish efficient workflows, patient engagement strategies, and best practices for operations.
• Balance your role as clinician, leader, administrator, and cultural ambassador for the practice.

• Minimum 4 years of clinical experience.
• Prior leadership or private practice experience strongly preferred
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Licensed in New York (or willing to obtain).
