Hospitalist (Director) Opportunity in Western New York - Excellent Compensation ($290K Base +)!!
- Specialty - Hospitalist / Medical Director
- Practice - hospital employed for existing Hospitalist program
- Looking for Experienced Director with a focus on Quality
- Opening due to:
Director leaving for family reasons. - Current Physician(s) - Full complement of Hospitalists
- Location - Western New York, One hour from Jamestown, NY
- Schedule - 7 on 7 off, mostly day shifts
- 7AM – 7PM Hospitalists cover Med Surg floors
- 7PM – 7 AM Hospitalists also Cover ICCU (Intensivists on backup)
- Patient Mix - Adult
- Competition - None
- Referral Centers - Varies according to patient preference and insurance – Pittsburgh, Buffalo and Erie
Compensation (amount and type) Incentives
- $290K base salary
- $40K Directorship stipend
