Department of Dermatology at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians & Surgeons is seeking a new or mid-career physician as Assistant Clinical Dermatologist or a seasoned physician as Associate Clinical Dermatologist specialized in Pediatric Dermatology. This role will involve working at a new, large multi-specialty medical practice in Westchester, adjacent to New York City.

• Deliver exceptional, specialized patient care with consistently excellent outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues supporting their professional development and growth.
• Contribute to departmental initiatives, including quality improvement and patient safety efforts.
• Engage in continuing medical education (CME) and maintain relevant advanced certifications.
• Serve as a trusted resource for complex cases and high‑acuity patients.
• Achieve and maintain high patient satisfaction scores.
• Meet or exceed productivity targets.
• Meet performance expectations for quality and access metrics.

• MD degree (or equivalent) with completed Dermatology training.
• Board certified or eligible in Dermatology, and eligible to practice in the State of New York.
• Pediatric Dermatology training is a plus.

Salary range: $430,182–$516,218 (finalist selected salary based on factors such as departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training).
