Montefiore Medical Group (MMG) seeks Internal Medicine or Family Medicine trained primary care physicians to provide quality outpatient care across 20 sites in the Bronx and Westchester counties. The role emphasizes early detection, prevention, holistic care, and teamwork within a collaborative clinical environment.

• Manage and direct general physician medical care.
• Emphasize early detection of ailments, prevention, and overall wellness.
• Serve as the first point of call for all patients.
• Collaborate with Integrated Behavioral Health team to ensure holistic care.
• Work with medical leadership and quality coaches to promote best practices.
• Focus strongly on quality outcomes and full coordination of care.

• Completion of U.S.–accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program.
• Active NYS Medical License Board registration.
• Eligible/Board Certified in IM or FM.
• DEA registration.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team‑based primary care environment.

• NHSC/HRSA Loan Repayment Program.
