OB/GYN Opportunity | $50K Relocation Bonus + $500K Salary | Upstate NY

We are seeking a highly motivated Board-Certified OB/GYN Physician to join and complete the rebuild of a dynamic Women’s Health Service in Upstate New York
, located in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains
. This position is ideal for a physician with strong surgical skills and a desire to provide exceptional healthcare to women in the community.

You will join a team of two board-certified OB/GYNs and a supportive outpatient Nurse Practitioner
, allowing for a strong focus on surgery and procedural care. This role offers a balance of outpatient, surgical, and obstetric care, with opportunities to grow the practice and expand women’s health services in the region.

. The area is known for excellent schools, family-friendly neighborhoods, and an appreciative patient population.

• Full-time OB/GYN practice with surgical and obstetric focus
• Average 10 days per month call coverage
• Obstetric volume: ~150 deliveries projected for 2025, goal of 220+ deliveries in 2026
• Surgical block schedule: 2 days per week, plus access for urgent cases
• Supported by an experienced outpatient Nurse Practitioner
• $50,000 start/relocation bonus
• Quarterly RVU productivity bonuses: 100% value of wRVU over 75% MGMA benchmark (over 2,305 wRVU quarterly)
