Role Overview: Bellevue’s Physician Assistant Service operates independently from house staff, providing 24/7 coverage with PAs supervised by attending physicians. The service consists of general internal medicine teams and one pulmonology team.

Work Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical care in collaboration with attending physicians
• Conduct patient evaluations, including history and physical exams, for new admissions under the supervision of an attending physician.
• Attend daily clinical rounds with the attending physician.
• Perform all related clinical tasks efficiently, adhering to high-quality standards.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans that prioritize patient and family preferences, while improving care quality and cost-effectiveness.
