. The New York University Grossman School of Medicine Department of Ophthalmology is searching for an ophthalmologist to join the full-time faculty. The appointee will provide patient care in neuro-ophthalmology. Other duties include resident teaching and supervision of trainees and students, and scholarly activity.
- Provide patient care in neuro-ophthalmology.
- Teach residents and supervise trainees and students.
- Engage in scholarly activity.
- Medical doctorate or equivalent.
- Hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of New York.
- Board certified or eligible in ophthalmology.
- Completed an ACGME-approved ophthalmology residency or equivalent.
- Completed AUPO-FCC compliant fellowship in neuro-ophthalmology or demonstrated comparable experience.
Academic rank commensurate with experience. Salary minimum $300,000 per year. NYU Langone Health provides a generous suite of faculty benefits. Prefer applicants who can begin on or before 9/1/2026.
