Excellent opportunity to join a program dedicated to providing senior care in The Bronx. We strive to provide All-inclusive Care for the Elderly through PACE (Program for All Inclusive Care for the Elderly). This position offers a high quality of life practice that is not wRVU driven. You can expect to see 10 patients per day or less.

• Provide comprehensive assessments and patient care for elderly adults through PACE.
• Manage a patient panel with reasonable volumes: 4-5 comprehensive assessments daily and 4-5 acute visits daily.
• Work schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
• On-call responsibilities: 1 out of every 8 weeks, from home (phone calls only). Call will begin no sooner than 6 months into the practice.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained
• Preference for Geriatric training, but not required
• Mission-driven and able to work well within a team

• Salary of $250,000 and up, based on experience
• Full benefits provided
• Reasonable patient volumes and panel: 4-5 comprehensive assessments daily; 4-5 acute visits daily
• Time off: total of 40 days annually including 20 vacation days, 12 sick days, 5 personal days, and 3 CME days
