Overview
Woodhull Medical Center, an affiliate of NYU Grossman School of Medicine, is currently seeking a Primary Care Physician (PCP). We embrace patient- and family-centered care and are committed to improved access to efficient and effective primary care services. Woodhull Medical Center serves the communities of North Brooklyn including Bushwick, Williamsburg, and Bedford-Stuyvesant. Our evolving primary care practices provide health promotion, disease prevention, health maintenance, patient education, and community engagement along with diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
Our PCPs serve as advocates for patients. Attending physicians deliver direct patient care and precept our diverse and passionate residents. The work includes opportunities for teaching, quality improvement, panel management, and clinical leadership. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated interest in community health, evidence-based practice, academic medicine, and patient-centered care. Board Certification preferred;
Board eligible within 5 years post residency required. Candidates will have opportunities for hybrid work models including partial remote telehealth work or hybrid PCP-hospitalist schedules.
- Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
- 403B/457 participation inclusive of a 10% employer contribution with no employee match required
- Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) reimbursement ranging from $3,000 - $3,500 inclusive of one week of paid CME time
- Projected annual revenue sharing payments of up to $30,000 contingent upon meeting required productivity and compliance metrics
