Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist to join the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Division at K. Hovnanian Children’s Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative, academic, and patient-centered environment dedicated to providing exceptional care to children and adolescents. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills and strong communication with a commitment to outstanding patient care.

• Provide comprehensive medical care for pediatric patients with hematologic and oncologic diseases.
• Collaborate with the Division Chief on strategic planning and program development.
• Participate in 24‑hour practice coverage (on‑call responsibilities).
• Engage in Performance and Quality Improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with nursing leadership on policy development, patient satisfaction, and clinical initiatives.
• Serve as an educational resource for nursing staff, residents, fellows, hospitalists, and community physicians.
• Actively participate in medical/surgical committees as assigned.
• Develop, supervise, and contribute to research projects within the division.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of professional billing documentation.
• Respond to patient surveys and grievances related to quality of care.

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology
• Eligible for New Jersey medical licensure
• Strong interpersonal, clinical, academic, and leadership skills
