Compensation: $180,000 – $220,000 annually (based on experience)

About the Role

Medley Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physiatrist (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation) to join our growing post-acute care team. You’ll provide on-site physiatry and pain management services across skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Queens and the surrounding areas, helping patients regain function and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive physiatry consultations and follow-up care

  • Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes

  • Manage rehabilitation, pain management, and functional restoration plans

  • Provide guidance on patient care and progress to interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications
  • MD or DO with Board Certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

  • Active New York medical license

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Passion for improving patient quality of life in post-acute and long-term care settings
