Compensation: $180,000 – $220,000 annually (based on experience)
Medley Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physiatrist (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation) to join our growing post-acute care team. You’ll provide on-site physiatry and pain management services across skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Queens and the surrounding areas, helping patients regain function and improve quality of life.

Conduct comprehensive physiatry consultations and follow-up care
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes
Manage rehabilitation, pain management, and functional restoration plans
Provide guidance on patient care and progress to interdisciplinary teams
MD or DO with Board Certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
Active New York medical license
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for improving patient quality of life in post-acute and long-term care settings
