Overview
We are seeking full-time entry-level designers for an immersive First Year program. Entry level designers work closely with project teams to produce models and high quality, graphic presentations; to assist with design and construction documents for public and private sector urban projects; and to support projects in construction. Entry Level Designers may be assigned to work on various phases of project development and may also support specific marketing initiatives from time to time.
We also have one position that will work with our interiors team. The willingness to participate in a wide range of tasks and an eagerness to learn are critical to success.

- Bachelor or Master of Architecture
- 0 to 1 year’s relevant professional experience
- Strong graphic skills
- Outstanding 3D presentation skills
- Model making skills: wood, metal, plastic, paper (laser cutter and traditional construction)
- Functional knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, 3d Studio Max, Sketch Up, Rhino
- Focused, organized, detail-oriented, and design-minded
- Ability to juggle multiple assignments
- Strong communication skills
- US work authorization
