Overview

Faire is an online wholesale marketplace built on the belief that the future is local — independent retailers around the globe are doing more revenue than Walmart and Amazon combined, but individually, they are small compared to these massive entities. At Faire, we use tech, data, and machine learning to connect this thriving community of entrepreneurs across the globe. We help boutiques discover the best products from around the world to sell in their stores, with tools and insights to level the playing field so small businesses can compete with big box and e-commerce giants.

By supporting the growth of independent businesses, Faire drives positive economic impact in local communities, globally. We’re looking for smart, resourceful, and passionate people to join us as we power the shop local movement. If you believe in community, come join ours.

About this role

The Lead Creative Producer will own and scale Faire’s end-to-end creative production for global marketing campaigns. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic planning to ensure campaigns are delivered with clarity, speed, and creative excellence from concept through launch.

You will define and elevate how campaigns are produced—establishing scalable processes, improving cross-functional alignment, and driving operational rigor across Creative, Marketing, Growth, Product, and external partners. As the connective tissue across teams, you bring structure to complexity, guide high-stakes work with sound judgment, and ensure creative integrity at every stage.

Campaigns span concept development through asset production across film, video, photography, audio, motion/animation, and 3D—integrated into cohesive, multi-channel launches. The scope also includes localization, licensing, and legal/regulatory compliance, ensuring global readiness is built into production from the start.

By orchestrating work across mediums, partners, and markets, this role will formalize the operating standard for campaign production at Faire.

What you’ll do
  • Deliver high-impact, integrated global campaigns from concept through launch—on time, on budget, and at a high creative bar
  • Create clear production strategies that align scope, timelines, and resourcing—reducing friction and accelerating execution
  • Drive strong cross-functional alignment across Creative, Marketing, Growth, Product, and agency partners, ensuring decisions are timely and teams stay focused
  • Build review and approval frameworks that improve clarity, speed, and creative quality
  • Make thoughtful trade-offs that protect campaign impact while navigating ambiguity and competing priorities
  • Steward production budgets and vendor partnerships to maximize value and efficiency
  • Design and evolve scalable workflows that increase velocity without compromising craft
  • Identify and eliminate systemic inefficiencies, leaving the organization stronger after every campaign
  • Ensure every asset meets a high standard for creative excellence, technical precision, and launch readiness
  • Provide leadership with clear visibility into progress, risks, and recommendations—enabling confident decision-making
Qualifications
  • 6–8+ years of experience in creative production, campaign operations, or agency leadership
  • Proven track record leading large-scale, multi-channel campaigns across digital, video, social, paid, and owned channels
  • Deep fluency in end-to-end creative workflows and production ecosystems
  • Experience operating at a leadership level as a highly accountable individual contributor
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, connecting long-term vision to day-to-day delivery
  • Strong operational rigor, creative judgment, and taste
  • Experience developing, optimizing, and scaling systems, tools, and workflows for creative and production operations
  • Track record of driving operational change and aligning cross-functional teams to a shared strategic direction
  • Highly organized and structured, with the ability to apply process pragmatically to move work forward
  • Exceptional cross-functional influence skills, with the ability to drive alignment and make decisions without direct authority
  • Calm, decisive presence in…
