Please Submit- M.Arch Degree
- Min. 3yrs of US experience (Tri-State preferred)
- Fluency in Revit and AutoCAD is a MUST
- Excellent English Fluency, organizational communication skills (written, verbal and visual)
- Clear communication, dedication on your work quality, proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Rhino
, and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop - min) - Flexibility in design and ability to take direction, feedback, and observations with a positive attitude.
- motivated to do architectural and Interior design
- capable of meet deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision.
- capable of putting a logical presentation material
- capable of researching material, details, etc.
- capable of communicating with vendors, contractors.
- capable of reading and understanding Code and Zoning.
- Self-starting, motivated, intellectual, smart, and friendly.
