We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Package Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a strong design sensibility and the ability to transform concepts into visually compelling, functional packaging solutions. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and production to create packaging that aligns with our brand and resonates with consumers.

• Design and develop innovative packaging concepts that align with brand identity and functional requirements
• Create detailed design specifications, dielines, and prototypes for new and existing packaging
• Research market trends, materials, and competitive products to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for innovation
• Prepare and present design concepts, incorporating feedback and executing revisions efficiently
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Partner with production and vendors to ensure designs are print-ready and executed accurately
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, sustainability practices, and emerging technologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional packaging design experience (fitness, consumer goods, or appliance packaging preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with 3D modeling tools is a plus
• Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging design, structural thinking, and creative problem-solving
• Solid understanding of materials, printing processes, and packaging construction
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
