Aboutthe Role
As the lead Project Architect, you'll be at the forefront of transformative high-rise residential and mixed-use developments—think new high-tech structures, adaptive conversions, thoughtful renovations, and groundbreaking urban integrations. Responsibilities- Champion Technical Mastery:
Spearhead the creation and coordination of construction documents in Revit, ensuring every detail aligns seamlessly across all project stages. - Forge Strategic Alliances:
Direct consultant integrations (from MEP to structural engineers), guaranteeing innovative solutions that exceed code standards and push boundaries. - Streamline Innovation Flows:
Own internal workflows, uphold rigorous documentation and QA/QC protocols, and keep projects humming with efficiency and ingenuity. - Collaborate on Visionary Designs:
Partner with senior leaders to evolve concepts into technically robust masterpieces, infusing your insights to maintain integrity from sketch to skyline. - Master Urban Regulations:
Effortlessly navigate NYC's zoning intricacies, Building Codes, ADA, and FHA guidelines, turning compliance into a catalyst for creative breakthroughs. - Lead On-Site Triumphs:
Guide or oversee construction administration—handling RFIs, submittals, and field dynamics—to deliver projects that stands as testaments to excellence.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture from an accredited program, fueling your deep expertise.
- Unrivaled proficiency in Revit, with Adobe Creative Suite and Rhino as your secret weapons for visualization.
- Intimate familiarity with NYC’s building codes, zoning, and accessibility mandates—your toolkit for turning constraints into opportunities.
- Stellar coordination, communication, and organizational prowess that make complex teams thrive.
- Architectural licensure (or on the fast track to it), underscoring your commitment to the craft.
