Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Architect with strong design instincts and technical expertise to help lead high-end residential projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is both creative and highly organized, with experience managing complex custom homes and collaborating closely with discerning clients, consultants, and builders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of custom residential projects
- Produce and oversee design presentations, drawing sets, and detailed construction documentation
- Coordinate with consultants including structural, mechanical, lighting, and landscape teams
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Work closely with contractors and fabricators to ensure design intent is executed at the highest level
- Professional degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect preferred
- 8–15+ years of professional experience, with significant high‑end residential experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with 3D modeling and visualization tools
- Experience coordinating complex custom construction and millwork detailing
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
