Project Architect​/Senior Architectural designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join a fast-growing team working on a large-scale, multi-billion-dollar hospitality and entertainment development in Queens, NY
. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-profile project that will transform the local landscape and become a major destination.

• Develop detailed architectural drawings and documentation using Revit
  .
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of architects, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver innovative design solutions.
• Participate in project phases including concept design, design development, and construction
  documentation
  .
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure technical accuracy and design integrity.
• Assist in mentoring and supporting junior team members.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  .
• 5–8 years of architectural experience
  , preferably on large-scale commercial or hospitality projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit is required.
• Solid understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction detailing
  .
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
