NY based firm specializing in high-rise luxury residential buildings seeking a motivated, technically strong and creative individual with excellent design and graphic skills to or zoning and feasibility team.
About the RoleNecessary
Experience and Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture, Planning or a related discipline
- At least 1 year of experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, REVIT and Rhino
- Must have a constant and consistent desire to learn
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills
- The ability work on multiple projects and deal with tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of New York City’s Zoning Resolution and Building Code
- Experience conducting feasibility studies, zoning analysis and compliance checks
The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
