Product Designer – Tabletop Division
Position Type:
Full-time/On-site 5x week
Pay Range: 60-80K

- Design and develop original products, including ceramic mugs, cups, trays, serving platters, bowls, and other tabletop items.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to align on concepts and project goals.
- Create detailed sketches, renderings, and digital designs to effectively communicate ideas.
- Research market trends, materials, and technologies to inspire product innovation.
- Work closely with overseas factory partners, especially in China, to ensure designs are manufacturable without compromising aesthetics or functionality.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback from team members and factory partners.
- Maintain project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met
- Performed related tasks as assigned
- Proven experience in product design, specifically within the tabletop industry (ceramics, melamine, wood, glass, and similar materials).
- Experience designing products for production, not just working with these products on a retail sales floor.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Trello.
- Strong sketching and rendering skills.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and factory constraints.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
BA/BFA Degree in Design or Graphic Field with 2+ years Design Experience
