We are looking for a Creative DirectorTarget total compensation ranges from $221,000 - $300,000, including a fixed annual salary of $182,000 - $230,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.
Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

As Rokt scales and accelerates with AI, our creative output must also scale—without sacrificing quality, clarity, or trust. Our Creative Director, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, will:
Responsibilities:
- Lead End-to-End Creative Strategy:
Drive the visual narrative across all priority channels and moments, ensuring Rokt’s voice is always the most compelling in the room. - Architect AI-enabled Creative Systems:
Build scalable production workflows that leverage automation for speed, while protecting the strategic "white-glove" creative needed for major partner moments. - Direct Integrated Campaigns:
Oversee design, copy, and motion to ensure a cohesive, premium brand experience that earns trust with C-suite prospects. - Partner with GTM & Product:
Collaborate with internal leaders to align creative output with hard business outcomes, making trade-offs that favor impact over volume.

You have a proven track record in progressive creative leadership roles with a portfolio that proves you can win at the highest levels. - A "High-Bar" Obsession:
