COOKFOX Architects is seeking an experienced and proactive BIM Coordinator to provide technical support to our project teams, maintain and advance our BIM standards and develop studio training sessions. The position encompasses technical expertise, hands on project troubleshooting, instruction, and leadership.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide Revit/BIM management, leadership and support for design projects
- Maintain, implement and update Revit/BIM standards
- Provide Revit/BIM quality control of all projects
- Work closely with project teams on developing project startup methods and workflow strategies
- Assist project teams with advanced modeling requirements, content creation and troubleshooting.
- Meet regularly with projects’ BIM captains
- Develop and provide general BIM training and mentoring to staff as required
- Work directly with our BIM Leadership group
- Research and recommend emerging technologies for future integration
Candidate qualifications:
- 5+ years relevant professional experience in an architectural practice
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
- Comprehensive knowledge of Revit and related software and plug-ins
- Experience in all phases of project development and documentation
- Knowledge of other software like AutoCAD, Rhino, Enscape, Dynamo a plus

Salary range is $90,000 to $110,000 annually. Consideration is based on experience and skill level. This position has a benefits package which includes medical, vision and dental insurance, commuter FSA, life insurance, and 401K.
