In the role of Landscape Designer, we’ll count on you to:
- Work under the direction of a registered Landscape Architect to assist in the development of site design projects, from concept design to construction documentation.
- Understand that assignments have specified objectives and require investigation of many variables, including site analysis, building operation, vehicular and pedestrian traffic, site grading, storm drainage, and planting design.
- Conduct site visits and analyses, and assist the project Landscape Architect with illustration of design using a combination of hand‑drawn and computer‑rendered graphics.
- Provide Revit/AutoCAD production support during concept and schematic design, design development, and construction document phases.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Master’s degree.
- Preference given to local candidates.
- Rhino and Revit experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- AutoCAD, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel experience.
- Photoshop a plus.
- Ability to prepare site plans and understand the principles of grading and drainage.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee‑owned culture is a must.

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
(Stated benefits are for full‑time regular positions. Temporary and part‑time roles eligible for limited benefits.) $61,863–$88,375 per year.
