Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the design of concept and flagship stores, focusing on innovation and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Create and present design concepts for high-profile retail projects, integrating brand image and market trends.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., brand, marketing, design, and operations) to align design vision with business goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end project life cycle of flagship and concept store designs, including budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee the execution of design standards and ensure consistency across all flagship and concept store projects.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and architects to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Analyze customer insights and dining trends to drive continuous improvement of store design and layout.
  • Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements, and sustainable practices.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to summarize lessons learned and identify opportunities for future improvements.
  • Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related major;
    Master's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of food service interior design experience, including flagship or concept store projects.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing design concepts for high-end retail environments.
  • Experience working with contractors, suppliers, and architects to complete complete projects.
  • Knowledge of building codes, ADA standards, and sustainable practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
