Senior Architectural Designer & PM

Ringo Studio is seeking a Senior Architectural Designer & Project Manager with demonstrated experience across all design and drawing phases, from concept through construction administration, to work on immersive retail and wellness environments for leading lifestyle and hospitality brands. Our studio creates sculptural, tactile spaces designed to evoke emotion and elevate everyday experiences, and we are looking for a designer who is genuinely passionate about crafting environments that are both beautiful and deeply felt.

This role requires both strong conceptual design ability and pragmatic execution skills. You should be equally comfortable developing spatial narratives, material palettes, and experiential moments as you are producing technically rigorous drawing sets and navigating real world construction constraints.

The ideal candidate has hands on experience with built commercial projects and is confident leading schematic design, advancing design development, producing comprehensive construction documentation, coordinating consultants, reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs, and supporting projects through site visits and fabrication oversight.

You will report directly to the Creative Director and Director of Construction, ensuring alignment between creative vision and technical precision at every stage.

This role also requires confidence in leading client presentations and maintaining clear, professional communication with clients and collaborators throughout the life of a project, while mentoring and delegating effectively to junior team members to elevate overall project execution.
