We are looking for a talented and organized Interior Designer with proven experience in all aspects of high‑end residential design. The ideal candidate will envision and manage parts of a project, taking ownership of tasks such as pricing, vendor correspondence, sourcing, AutoCAD documentation (furniture plans and rendered elevations), client presentation support, and project budget/timeline maintenance.

• Curate and source furniture, lighting, fabrics, and finishes.
• Update and maintain detailed furniture plans in AutoCAD.
• Create and update rendered elevations in AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with Design Managers to prepare client presentations.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and day‑to‑day project needs and expectations, ensuring smooth execution and exceeding client expectations.

• Professional degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 5+ years of post‑degree experience in the architecture/interior design industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with high‑end residential projects.
• Willingness to travel periodically for projects and to contribute to installations on‑site.
• Ability to manage junior team members and communicate effectively with senior staff.
• Passionate, self‑motivated, and creative designer with a strong eye for detail.

Pay range: $80,000 – $115,000. Final salary decisions are based on education, experience, and internal equity and external market factors.
