Responsibilities- Develop detailed 2D and 3D designs using software such as Sketch Up, Revit, Rhino 3D (Rhinoceros 3D), Grasshopper 3D, Archi
CAD, Micro Station, and Solid Works. - Create accurate schematics, technical drawings, and drafting documentation for various projects.
- Produce high-quality graphic designs and visualizations for presentations and client proposals.
- Assist in system design and construction documentation, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Utilize CAD tools to develop detailed plans for interior spaces, mechanical systems, or architectural layouts.
- Collaborate with project teams to refine designs and incorporate client feedback effectively.
- Prepare detailed construction documents and coordinate with engineers or contractors as needed.
- Support the development of 2D animations or visual storytelling elements for project presentations.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in design-related roles across architecture, engineering, interior design, or related fields.
- Professional or Master’s Degree from an accredited Architecture program
- Experience in Residential projects preferred
- REVIT experience required
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite programs
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering programs
- Hand sketching and hand rendering skills
- Familiarity with residential and commercial construction details and methods
- Hands-on approach
- Ability to manage and produce a comprehensive Construction Documents package
- Eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of responsibility
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Legal work status in the United States
