Freelance 3D Designer - Retail​/Spatial​/Experiential

Our client, a global luxury fashion and lifestyle brand celebrated for its modern craftsmanship and iconic retail presence, is seeking a Freelance 3D Designer to join their Global Visual Experience team
.

• Long term contractor role
• $45-55/hr - weekly pay
• 40 hours a week - 3 days in office and 2 days remote

This role plays a key part in shaping physical retail environments and immersive brand experiences that reflect the brand’s heritage and forward-thinking design philosophy. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate brand storytelling into elevated spatial concepts and global retail executions.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in spatial and experiential design
, an eye for materiality and detail, and the ability to move seamlessly between concept development and technical documentation.

• Lead and support the development of retail and experiential environments from concept through execution.
• Design and visualize spatial layouts, fixtures, and 3D environments to communicate design intent.
• Research and develop materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the brand’s aesthetic and sustainability goals.
• Create and present concept decks, renderings, and technical documentation for internal and global partner reviews.
• Collaborate with global design, visual merchandising, and fabrication teams to ensure design consistency and quality.
• Adapt design concepts across store formats, regions, and tiers to maintain a cohesive global identity.

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, interior, or experiential design within luxury, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, product design, or a related field

• Strong understanding of spatial planning, fixture design, and fabrication processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Rhino, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite
  .
• Experience with Key Shot, V-Ray, or Revit preferred.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and project coordination skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, highly creative global environment.
