Junior Designer

We are seeking a Junior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a NAAB accredited degree in Architecture, 0 - 3 years postgraduate experience, and the motivation to work within a collaborative and design-intensive environment.
Responsibilities- Produce 2D drawings and 3D models under supervision for all design phases.
- Produce design materials for client presentations.
- Understand the process of researching relevant project precedence and information.
- Research products and materials as directed for consideration on projects.
- Visit site, survey and record existing drawings. Integrate existing field conditions into new or revised drawings under supervision.
- NAAB accredited Architecture Degree, or higher
- 0 - 3 years postgraduate experience in an architectural setting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling and rendering software (Rhino, Enscape VRay), Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to effectively collaborate with the design team in internal meetings and conversations
- Ability to demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate time management and organizational skills
- Ability to efficiently prepare digital renderings and construction documents
- High degree of self-motivation, flexibility, and resourcefulness
- Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

This is a full-time position, and the salary will be commensurate with experience. The starting salary is $66,300. A competitive benefits package includes paid time off, student loan repayment, insurance, fitness & commuter assistance, 401K & many more.
