Overview

This early-stage health technology company is on a mission to transform the diagnostic and care experience for patients suffering from chronic inflammatory and environmentally acquired conditions. By combining cutting-edge diagnostics with compassionate digital care delivery, they are building a patient-first platform designed to provide clear answers and relief to those navigating complex, often invisible health issues.

Founding Brand & UI Designer role focused on high-fidelity UI, marketing design, and brand evolution. You will define the visual soul of the company, ensuring that every touchpoint—from the public website and ad creatives to the core application interface—communicates trust, clarity, and empathy to patients seeking answers.

Eligibility
Must be located and authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship or transfer now or in the future. No C2C inquiries.

Responsibilities
  • Build and scale the company’s visual language, ensuring a consistent and premium brand presence across product, web, and marketing.
  • Design high-converting marketing assets, including ad creatives, social content, and landing pages to drive user acquisition.
  • Own the UI design for the core platform, creating intuitive and accessible interfaces for onboarding, lab results, and care plans.
  • Establish a flexible design system that allows engineering and product teams to maintain visual quality while shipping fast.
  • Collaborate with leadership to visually articulate the company mission, ensuring the brand feels "seen and supported" for patients.
Qualifications
  • 5–8+ years of experience in a design role with a strong emphasis on Brand, UI, or Marketing Design.
  • A portfolio showcasing high-fidelity visual craft, typography, and color theory across both product and marketing assets.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Framer, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and AI-generation tools.
  • Experience creating design systems that span web, mobile, and digital marketing channels.
  • Ability to translate complex medical or technical concepts into simple, visually approachable interfaces.
  • Comfort working end-to-end: moving quickly from concept to high-polish execution for both app flows and growth assets.
