Why This Role is Open:

We are searching for a person with at least five years of architectural experience to join our New York office. The ideal candidate will be someone who is energized, enthusiastic, and technically motivated. The perfect applicant will have broad-based architectural experience and a clear enthusiasm for technical design excellence. The best candidate will be passionate about creating excellent contract papers in a BIM environment, have in-depth understanding of building envelope construction, excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a busy office.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and coordinating construction documents, including ensuring that they are in compliance with codes, standards, and specifications

• Detailing and documentation in collaboration with team members

• Close coordination with engineering consultants

• Creating architectural models and construction drawings using Revit and other modelling software

Must Haves:

• Professional education in Architecture

• 5+ years experience

• Great portfolio

• Strong construction drawing experience

• High level ability and experience in Revit

Nice-to-Haves:

• CA experience is an asset

• Experience using Sketch Up, Lumion, or other rendering softwares

• Institutional/healthcare project experience
