Founding Senior​/Staff Designer

Confido is building an AI-native operating system for brands that sell into brick-and-mortar retail. We’re building intuitive and powerful software paired with AI agents that help brands automate the 1000s of hours of tedious manual work that goes into scaling a brand in retail. Brands like Tropicana and Olipop use our first products in accounting and planning to account for and plan for $Bs of retail revenue.

We have millions of ARR, best-in-class growth, and best in class efficiency. We’ve recently raised a $15M Series A to build on the existing momentum.

You will be our founding designer and own the direction of Confido’s design function. You’ll get to work at the forefront of designing best-in-class AI tooling for multiple departments within CPG brands.

• Lead design and user experience for significant parts of our core product, contributing to the design process from prioritization through launch
• Rapidly prototype new features
• Collaborate with the team to refine our long-term product vision, design systems, brand guidelines, and internal design collaboration process
• Exhibit creative thinking and strategic execution, partnering with product and engineering teams to drive innovation forward

• Minimum of 3 years of design experience, ideally in a startup environment
• Experience with end-to-end (hybrid UX and UI) product design for products with heavy workflows and complex data.
• Extraordinary visual design skills and strong understanding of UX principles
• Experience leading customer research sessions, aggregating insights, and communicating findings to product managers, engineers, and executives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate and defend design decisions while navigating complex product and policy considerations
