New York-based, award-winning architecture and interior design firm, is currently seeking a Senior Architect/Designer to join their dynamic interiors team. The ideal candidate is someone with exceptional design talent, technical knowledge, and significant hands‑on Revit experience.
Responsibilities:- Lead a team in the design and execution of commercial and hospitality interiors projects of varying scales, from concept to CA.
- Develop and manage construction documentation and maintain efficient, accurate Revit models.
- Coordinating with consultants, clients, and contractors through all phases of design and construction.
- Minimum of 8 years of post‑graduate, professional experience within the U.S.
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited program.
- Proficiency in Revit
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Sketch Up, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam is beneficial
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and interior systems
- Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes
- Background in a variety of project types, especially commercial and hospitality interiors
- Excellent design sensibility, organization, and teamwork capabilities
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
