Ingrao, Inc. / Visual Architecture invites applications for the position of Intermediate Architectural Designer to join its New York–based studio.

The Intermediate Architectural Designer will play a substantive role in the development of residential projects from design through construction. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior architects on highly detailed, custom work within a collaborative and design-focused environment, with direct exposure to projects through completion.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience
• Demonstrated experience in high-end custom residential architecture (required)
• Experience in custom millwork design and detailing strongly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (required)
• Working knowledge of 3D modeling, design, and presentation software
• Ability to manage coordinated drawing sets, specifications, and schedules in AutoCAD and across all Microsoft Office Applications.
• Experience preparing design development and construction documentation
• High level of proficiency in construction detailing and coordination
• Strong judgment, initiative, and attention to detail
• Collaborative, composed, and professionally rigorous
