The Role
We are seeking a Vice President of Product Design to lead and define the end-to-end design experience across consumer-facing products. Design is foundational to the mission—shaping how shopping feels through AI-powered discovery, digital closets, social sharing, and trust-building experiences. This role will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality, consumer-loved features at speed.
Key Responsibilities Product Design, Systems & Collaboration- Own end-to-end product design, from early exploration through polished, shipped experiences
- Design intuitive, trustworthy workflows across discovery, search, closets, and social features
- Set and maintain a high bar for craft, usability, and visual polish across the product
- Define and evolve visual language, components, and design systems as the product scales
- Ensure consistency and quality across all product surfaces and touchpoints
- Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities and execution
- Bring strong design perspective into product strategy and decision-making
- Design thoughtful AI-powered experiences across search, recommendations, and insights
- Build deep understanding of users, behaviors, and cultural context—especially Gen Z and fashion-forward consumers
- Iterate quickly using feedback, data, and intuition while maintaining high design standards
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer on consumer-facing products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of product experiences
- High standards for visual design, UX, and interaction design
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
- Experience at early-stage startups or high-growth consumer companies
- Strong taste across product UX and visual/brand design
- Experience designing social, marketplace, or commerce products
- Passion for fashion, culture, and AI-driven consumer experiences
