Location: New York
RESOLUTION: 4 ARCHITECTURE was founded by Joseph Tanney and Robert Luntz in 1990. Since its inception, their five person office has been internationally published and highly acclaimed, completing residential projects from Maine to Hawaii using modular, panelized, and hybrid delivery methods of construction.
RES4 is currently seeking an Architect with 2-5 years of professional experience in high‑end residential design and documentation.
- Strong Design and Construction Documentation experience;
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail;
- Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills;
- Organized, enthusiastic, and collaborative;
- Resourceful, responsible and efficient;
- Proficiency in Mac based Vectorworks, Sketch Up, Adobe;
- Capacity for continuous growth and increased responsibility.
- Salary range is $60-75K depending on quality of experience and overall skill set.
