Product Designer

SPRX is hiring our first Product Designer to shape how tax professionals interact with our AI-powered platform. We automate R&D tax credits, 179D energy deductions, and cost segregation studies for accounting firms and their clients.

You’ll be the design function at SPRX, working directly with our engineering team and collaborating across the company. This is a generalist role where you’ll ownڙا everything visual—from product interfaces to how we present ourselves at conferences.

Design and iterate on our web application, working closely with engineers to ship features that make complex tax workflows feel simple. Partner with customer success to understand user pain points and translate them into product improvements. Build and maintain a cohesive design system that spans our product, marketing site, sales materials, and event presence. Contribute to product strategy by helping define what we build next, not just how it looks.

3 years designing B2B software products. Strong systems thinking—you care about consistency and scalability, not just individual screens. Experience with Figma and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment. Ability to context-switch between detailed UI work and broader brand/visual design. You’re opinionated about good design but collaborative in how you get there.

Experience in fintech, tax, or other regulated industries. Familiarity with design tokens and developer handoff workflows. You’ve built a design system from scratch before.

$120k–$140k base salary plus equity.
